This formal, all-purpose warehouse was finished in 1891, making it one of the of the elders of the district. It contained a variety of the usual district tenants over the years: a saloon, bottling plant, coffee seller, flour wholesaler, storage and shipping company, and even an Odd Fellows Hall.
