Origami Art on Station Platform
Down in the station platform, the walls are covered with Paper Chase, a monumental artwork by Sonya Ishii. The piece consists of nine 14- by 14-foot panels of painted and folded stainless steel that depict origami patterns. Starting at either end, each panel is one step in the folding process leading to the creation of two figures in the center.
