Architect Frederick Heath also designed this six-story brick and stone building. In the 1940s, the facade of the building was redesigned with an Art Deco touch, and most of Heath’s detailing was lost forever. It remains as a dominant face on Pacific and was used for years as part of the Hunt-Mottet Hardware operation.
