All three of these modest buildings serve as community meeting halls, available for renting, each with an interesting history. Lions Hall was a repurposed stadium that had once been part of the Deaconess Children’s Home property, south of the park. The structure was brought in as a complete one-piece building and its small roofs and entries were added for parks use.

Spruce Hall is a modular building purchased from the Everett School District in the 1980s. The Field House stands near the old site of the Forest Park Inn. The area to the north of the Field House, as well as roads connecting down to the park’s west entrance, have changed significantly through the years, with a once large ravine filled in.

Head west, downhill around the Field House, then walk toward the park’s west entrance.
